Trump has had an ongoing back-and-forth with the courts over his use of the Alien Enemies Act. In a late-night ruling, the Supreme Court halted deportations of Venezuelan nationals from Texas, just as at least one charter bus was set to leave a detention center there. This decision is temporary, while the litigation over Trump's use of this 18th century wartime law is underway. Maryland Congressman Glenn Ivey discusses.
