In "For Love Or Vineyard," everyone realizes that summer on Martha's Vineyard won't last forever and they need to decide what their futures hold. Katie makes it clear to Luis that although she has feelings for him she still needs space to figure things out. Emily is doubtful that her relationship with Jon will last when they leave the island and return to the real world. Sophi is intrigued by Natasha's proposition, while Jackie reconnects with someone from her past. Cat is presented with the opportunity she's been waiting for and she must choose between her dreams of being an artist or staying on the Vineyard with Ben. In a final romantic gesture, Luis asks Katie to stay on the island with him and continue their story, but will Katie give him the answer he wants to hear?.
