Claudia Winkleman greets a group of strangers as they arrive at a beautiful castle in the Scottish Highlands to play the ultimate prestige reality game of detection, back-stabbing and trust, all in the hope of winning up to £120,000. And it's not long before the players are questioning everything and everyone as Claudia secretly assigns the Traitors.

Their task is simple. Under the cover of darkness, they must pick off their fellow players one by one, murdering them out of the game. The Faithful must try to work out who the Traitors are in their midst, banishing them from the game before becoming their next victim. The lucky ones who make it to the final have a chance of winning the life-changing cash prize. But if a Traitor remains, they'll steal all the money.

The ultimate reality game of detection, backstabbing and trust suddenly becomes very real as the first dramatic banishment takes place, sending shockwaves and suspicion throughout the castle. Before the dust settles, the Traitors commit their second murder.

Focus then turns to a high-stakes, high-rewards mission, and as night starts to fall, the Players head back to the Round Table. But will the Faithful get their revenge and catch a Traitor, or will they unwittingly sacrifice one of their own?

With suspicions continuing to rise, the new day brings new questions for the Players at breakfast. The mission leaves each of them with a big dilemma which could alter their course in the game.
