Highlights from one of the biggest events on the Rugby League calendar, the 2017 magic weekend at St James' Park, Newcastle. The magic weekend features a whole round of Super League fixtures being played at the same venue over the course of two days, and supporters from every club provide a noisy and colourful atmosphere for some of the biggest matches of the season. Last year's top four go head to head on day one. Wigan take on Warrington in a repeat of last year's grand final, and St Helens play Hull FC. Top of the bill on day two is the clash between local rivals Castleford Tigers and Leeds Rhinos. The Tigers have been the team of the season so far, and go into the weekend as the League leaders, but the Rhinos will be out for revenge after a 66-10 defeat at Castleford in round three. High-flying Salford look to continue their fine form when they take on Leigh Centurions, who hope for their first win since the middle of March. Bottom of the table Widnes play Wakefield, and Huddersfield face Catalans.
