In this series we share Adam's love affair with this Victorian masterpiece and meet the men and women who keep so many of our seaside traditions alive - the stall keepers, food vendors, entertainers, boatmen and hoteliers who combine to make a day at the Welsh seaside such a magical and unforgettable experience.
