Fairy Godmother: After Mr. Peebles goes home, Magilla begins reading a story about Cinderella and soon wishes he had a Fairy Godmother like in the story. Not long after he says that, Magilla’s own Fairy Godmother arrives at the pet store and grants him three wishes. Bad Guys Are Good Guys: While searching in the desert, Ricochet and Droop-a-Long come across the city of Desperado, they masquerade as bad guys to find Scattergun in the outlaw town. When Scattergun tells them to get lost, Ricochet and Droop-a-Long come to the conclusion that they’ll have to become bad guys for a short amount of time in order to get him to turn himself in. Catch as a Cat Can Day: After Punkin’ Puss beats Mushmouse in his most recent game, Punkin’ Puss discovers that it’s “Catch as cat can day,” he has to spend his time running away from Suzy McStump instead of feuding. Realizing that if Punkin’ Puss gets caught and has to marry her, Mushmouse can relax in his mouse hole, so he decides to help Suzy.
