Flora London Marathon 2007

Sue Barker introduces coverage of the 27th running of the Flora London Marathon, as 35,000 runners begin the 26.2 mile journey from Greenwich Park to the Mall, via Tower Bridge, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.

In the men's elite field, the legendary Ethiopian Haile Gebrselassie bids for his first London win and is up against Olympic champion Stefano Baldini, while Lornah Kiplagat is challenged by Chunxiu Zhou and Berhane Adere in the women's race.

Steve Cram, Brendan Foster, Paul Dickenson and Tanni Grey-Thompson provide the commentary for the elite and wheelchair races.
