He knows the job inside out, but he faces stiff competition from ambitious 31-year-old firefighter Lee, who wants to increase his earnings so that he can provide more for his young family. Meanwhile, Kettering-based mortgage broker TMP are looking for a 'chirpy' and personable candidate to become a case manager and guide their clients through the mortgage process.
