They work on briefs and pitches for big name brands, culminating in a stunt at London's Waterloo station. One candidate will win the job of a lifetime, but all four will get the shock of their lives.

What happens when a company throws the interview process out the window, and sends in a spy to find out what candidates are REALLY like?
This time Groupon, the world's biggest daily deal website, are sending one of their most trusted employees undercover to find the best person for a dream job in the company. The chosen person will be given the role of experience manager, trying out all the website's offers and creating new deals to sell on the site.
For ten days, the Groupon secret agent will work and live with a group of potential new recruits, as they unwittingly take on the ultimate interview. One candidate will win the job of a life time... but all four will get the shock of their lives.
