Following the murder investigation of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson, who went missing from her hostel in Oxford in 2013. Detectives suspected that she'd been murdered and proceeded to question her ex-boyfriend Ben Blakeley. They searched for answers and worked to uncover the location of her body.

Sixty-three-year-old Gurmail Singh was a hard-working pillar of the community running his corner shop in a quiet suburb of Huddersfield. But in February 2010, four teenagers with a violent streak entered with the intention of robbing him. Detectives in the Incident Room must work tirelessly to track these ruthless killers and bring them to justice.
