The Hollywood Connection

The Hollywood Connection

EndedGame Show show

The Hollywood Connection is a sequel to Everybody's Talking and Hollywood's Talking. It began as a game show to see how well celebrities understand average people. When it was revived as Hollywood's Talking, the two groups switched places. After being cancelled by a revival of Match Game featuring well known Drunk Panellists for years, Jack Barry and Dan Enright's response was to make it be a panel of six. It has subtle differences such as figuring out every Panellist's choice of three provided options. The bonus round was switched; The contestant wrote three options on the marker board. At least two panellists needed to Connect with the same option. The host is Jim Lange, a Barry - Enright favourite. The stage is Hard Lit. The music includes a rag time song called Virgo by Robert Ascot.
