Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson welcomes nine strangers as they move into an upscale Panamanian penthouse together, each with hopes of being crowned "The Hero." With up to a million dollars at stake, the contestants quickly realize that this will be no ordinary contest, as they must climb and hang from skyscrapers, navigate dark underground bunkers and face tough moral dilemmas. In the end, there can only be one hero, and America will vote on the winner. In the War Room, a sudden change of heart shocks the group. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson serves as mentor and motivator to the contestants.

Teamwork
This week's challenges have the contestants pushing an all-terrain vehicle through the streets of Colon City, flying in helicopters and navigating a dangerous "dry dock" as it fills with water rushing in from the Panama Canal. Shaun is offered a temptation, while Patty begins to overcome a huge fear. Tensions rise in the War Room. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson serves as mentor and motivator to the contestants.

Trust
With trust issues already growing, contestants are offered temptations as they navigate the Panamanian jungle and handle huge snakes in the Team Challenge. In the Hero Challenge, one contestant must climb atop a towering bridge. Shaun comes to Athena's side when the house questions her motives. In the War Room, Athena stands tall. Heart
At the beginning of this week's episode, a huge twist is revealed by Dwayne Johnson. Then in this week's Team Challenge, contestants take death-defying leaps off a building and climb 40 stories up an abandoned elevator shaft. Someone must attempt a daunting open-water swim through the ocean in the Hero Challenge. No one is safe. In the War Room, Dwayne asks the heroes to find their warrior spirit for the toughest challenge yet. And Charles makes a stirring plea. Honesty
When contestants are forced to take a lie detector test about each other as part of the Team Challenge, tensions rise in the house. A contestant gets tear-gassed and Lydia bares her soul in the War Room. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson serves as mentor and motivator to the contestants.

Endurance
Contestants test their skills with primitive weapons and navigate a dangerous underground cave in the Team Challenge. As the competition nears America's vote, the contestants fight to prove who is most heroic. In the War Room, Dwayne asks the hero hopefuls - "What if?" Sacrifice
In the final episode before America's vote, contestants attempt a face-first rappel down the tallest building in Central America, a harrowing high-wire walk. They also must deal with a near impossible decision. The contestants make their final pleas to America. There can only be one. Finale
The contestants are reunited before America's vote is revealed for "The Hero." There can only be one. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson serves as mentor and motivator to the contestants.
