Dave Myers and Si King hit the road in search of culinary experience and cultural adventure all over the world. The lads are in Vietnam, where Si's broken foot forces them onto the slow train to Hanoi. In Hue, Dave pedals Si's rickshaw to the Emperor's Palace to cook paddy-field pork and sticky rice in a monsoon. In Hanoi they try French superchef Didier's buffet. Their final destination is the stunning Ha Long Bay.
