Biscuit Week

The technical challenge is a nostalgic one for Paul Hollywood, who asks the contestants to prepare a snack that was a favourite of his father's. Finally, the showstopper round requires the bakers to rise to an eye-catching challenge that is designed to test which of them will snap under the pressure.
