Episode XVII: The Hey Nong Mandalorian

WATTO is back! Yippee! And THE GEORGE LUCAS TALK SHOW continues to deliver quality livestream content from the digital safety of PLANET SCUM, now that the UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE THEATRE in NEW YORK CITY has been shut down due to a RAGING PANDEMIC. Retired filmmaker GEORGE LUCAS (notoriously dead-eyed character actor CONNOR RATLIFF) and the aforementioned WATTO (GRIFFIN NEWMAN, co-lead on Amazon's THE TICK) encourage everybody to stay safe this week. You can maybe have an up-close Thanksgiving next year, but for this one you should focus on not spreading the disease around, ok? They are joined, as always, by snack-snacking, nap-napping producer PATRICK COTNOIR (aka MC Skratch Kat aka Nametrick Dropmore aka Thanktrick Givenoir) whose druthers include you following him on twitter RIGHT NOW: @patrickcotnoir

Bookish
London, 1946 is the dynamic, dangerous and chaotic setting for this stylish new detective drama, with the eccentric Gabriel Book at the very heart of the story: a self-appointed consultant detective to the local police. The thousands of books that line the shelves of his shop provide him with all the knowledge he needs.
Book has gathered around him a host of lovable, damaged misfits whom he informally protects, cajoles, and mentors. His wife Trottie runs the wallpaper shop next door. She's a charismatic adventuress whom Book loves deeply but not physically, for they are in a 'lavender' marriage to help conceal Book's sexual orientation in a time when it was illegal to be gay.
Bookish marries post-war nostalgia with the reckless and life-affirming atmosphere of the times, creating a fast-paced and stylish detective drama.

Stranger Things
When a young boy vanishes, a small town uncovers a mystery involving secret experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one strange little girl.
