In honour of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, the team decide to celebrate all things British, including Ortis Deley, who finds a healthier way to cook fish and chips using tech. Jon Bentley is joined by guest presenter Maddie Moate to see how consumer tech made in the UK compares with the market leaders from overseas, and Craig Charles checks out an innovative British invention as he tests out a pair of musical gloves.

Jon looks at some of the newest flagship smartphones aboard one of the Royal Navy's oldest flagships, HMS Victory. Meanwhile, Ortis is joined by Paralympian Libby Clegg as they put two fitness bands through their paces, and shares a a way for viewers to save a bit of money on their food-shopping bills.

Ortis Deley takes on champion rally driver Chris Ingram in an epic racing challenge. Armed with the latest gaming gadgets, he is hoping to compete in the virtual world. Jon Bentley tests three of the latest budget air purifiers that promise not only save consumers from sneezing, but from spending a fortune too.

Jon Bentley and Ortis Deley go head to head in a battle of the streaming sticks, while Craig Charles takes a dive into The Gadget Show archives to unveil just how far music on the move has come in the last two decades. Guest tester Nicola Hulme finds out which printer is best on a budget.

And resident petrol-head Jon Bentley goes full throttle in a petrol versus electric lawnmower challenge against guest presenter and EV advocate Grace Webb. All that, plus Harry Wallop has found a way to save money when using your phone aboard without having to ditch your current contract.

The Repair Shop
The Repair Shop is a workshop of dreams, where broken or damaged cherished family heirlooms are brought back to life.
Furniture restorers, horologists, metal workers, ceramicists, upholsterers and all manner of skilled craftsmen and women have been brought together to work in one extraordinary space, restoring much-loved possessions to their former glory.
Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordion played in the Blitz by a woman who is now in her 90s, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind; a Pinball machine that is currently being used as a kitchen counter, and a Davenport desk with its trademark fake drawers which fooled burglars - and their crowbar.

The Gilded Age
The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and the rise of disparity between old money and new.
Against this backdrop of change, the story begins in 1882 — introducing young Marian Brook, the orphaned daughter of a Union general, who moves into the New York City home of her thoroughly old money aunts Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook. Accompanied by Peggy Scott, an accomplished African-American woman, Marian inadvertently becomes enmeshed in a social war between one of her aunts, a scion of the old money set, and her stupendously rich neighbors, a ruthless railroad tycoon and his ambitious wife, George and Bertha Russell.
In this exciting new world that is on the brink of the modern age, will Marian follow the established rules of society, or forge her own path?
