The Customer is Always Right - Season 1

Season 1

Episodes

Episode 1
Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They're nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.
In today's episode, we meet Kris, Andrew and Ashley, all hoping to get a high score from our customers and become today's winner. Kris and her husband Martin have invented (by accident) a unique product which claims to add 6 inches to any divan bed. The Pillow Shelf is an adaptable bed extender which fits onto the head of a standard divan bed to add extra inches under the pillow, perfect for tall people who struggle to fit into standard sized beds.
Andrew and business partner Helen have invented a double food and water bowl with mat in one piece. The Rollabowl can be rolled up and when rolled out, reveals two pop up sections (one for food, one for water) allowing you to feed your pets on the go.
Ashley has developed and produced a back lotion applicator, which she hopes is ideal for applying fake tan, medication cream, sun tan lotion, exfoliators and moisturisers. Her My-Skn Back Lotion Applicator claims to make awkward unreachable spots a thing of the past, for smooth, allover application.
At the end of the episode, after viewing each other's reviews with presenter Lucy Alexander, Lucy reveals who has come third, second and first place, and presents the winner with the Customer is Always Right winner's trophy.

Episode 2
Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They're nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.
In today's episode, we meet Lucy, Danny and Tim, all hoping to get a high score from our customers and become today's winner. Lucy has invented the X-Trim, a wearable harness with resistance bands for anyone to use by following a range of exercises to work different parts of the body. But this is just a prototype... She's taking a chance on sending out an early version to our customers for feedback. Danny and business partner Shane came up with their invention during a shopping trip with their wives. The Dink is a portable hooking device that attaches to almost anything, securing and storing valuables to keep them safely off the floor. Keen skiing enthusiasts, they realised their hook kept their expensive ski helmets from being dumped on the floor and are now bringing their product to market.
Tim developed and invented his product whilst his wife Dani was recovering from chemotherapy and was finding regular hairbrushes painful to use. A qualified hairdresser, Tim set about creating the Manta, a flexible brush to mould to the shape of the palm of the hand. The design aims to create less tension on each strand, while massaging the scalp at the same time. At the end of the episode, after viewing each other's reviews with presenter Lucy Alexander, Lucy reveals who has come third, second and first place, and presents the winner with the Customer is Always Right winner's trophy.

Episode 3
Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They're nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.
In today's episode, we meet Jeremy, Laura and Pawan, all hoping to get a high score from our customers and become today's winner. Jeremy developed and invented his product after his precious cat Monty went missing for 10 days. Luckily, Monty came home, and Jeremy was inspired to create a GPS cat tracking device, which is placed round the cat's collar to allow owners to see where their cats go day and night.
Laura is a shoe lover and invented her product out of frustration: her shoes were constantly slipping off her feet. She has created sticky shoe pads – one which attaches to the foot, one to the shoe, connecting together to secure the foot inside shoe to stop slipping.
Pawan is passionate about the environment and wants to stop single use plastics. He's put all his time and effort into his bamboo spork, a reusable fork, spoon and knife. At the end of the episode, after viewing each other's reviews with presenter Lucy Alexander, Lucy reveals who has come third, second and first place, and presents the winner with the Customer is Always Right winner's trophy.

Episode 4
Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They're nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.
In today's episode, we meet David, Jo and David, all hoping to get a high score from our customers and become today's winner. David's invention is a drinks tray which he originally designed for use when sailing in rough seas. The Muggi is a new way to carry hot and cold drinks. Made from a lightweight Polypropylene material, it's designed to be light and easy to carry, but also strong and secure. It holds mugs, glasses or cups in four precision moulded slots and is designed for home or outdoor use.
Jo's love of beauty products led to her inventing and creating her company, the Beauty Kitchen in which she hopes to inspire people to buy and use natural products. Her Raw Inventions product is a DIY inventor's kit packed full of recipes, ingredients, packages and labels for people to create their own beauty products using ingredients found in their own kitchen cupboards.
David's invention is a clinically tested lower back pain relief device which aims to provide relief and increase mobility. David invented the product as a result of trying to help his friend with chronic back pain. He took a mould of his friend's back and the Lumbacurve was formed. The machine is designed to gently stretch the lower back, relax the discs and free up the spinal nerves.
At the end of the episode, after viewing each other's reviews with presenter Lucy Alexander, Lucy reveals who has come third, second and first place, and presents the winner with the Customer is Always Right winner's trophy.

In today's episode, we meet Ryan, Von and Virginia, all hoping to get a high score from our customers and become today's winner. Ryan's invention is an electronic toothbrush for kids with interactive app. The Deenosaur Toothbrush is Bluetooth enabled to link to the app, which allows children to meet and interact with Deeno, their virtual pet dinosaur.
Von has used his background in chemistry to build a business producing child friendly, plant based, eco cleaning products. He came up with his invention whilst trying to help his sister find a way to wash her baby's bottles safely and thoroughly, and now has built a range of products all with the eco-friendly ethos.
Virginia comes from a family of inventors and it was her love of engineering which led her to develop and produce Nappy Time, a changing mat for babies – but with a built in harness to keep baby safe from rolling off.
