With unique access to one of the world's largest luxury cruise ships, the Royal Princess, this six-part series returns to follows life on board for the staff and passengers who live, work and play on the vessel as it navigates the Mediterranean.
The crew are winding up for a busy summer season and face new challenges including tension on the bridge as they sail into busy holiday destinations, and heat in the galley, where staff produce up to 20,000 high-quality meals a day.

Episodes

Episode 1
In the first episode, bad weather threatens to stop the Royal Princess docking in port with huge knock-on effects across the ship. As staff welcome 4,000 new passengers in Athens, Timothy is under pressure to hit sales targets on the shore excursion desk and devises a creative way to up his numbers.New hotel general manager Craig is only six weeks into the biggest job of his career and must find ways to motivate his staff who work long hours far from home. And four Norfolk women come aboard including cruise first-timer Maureen who's hoping to find love on the ocean waves.

Episode 2
There's tension in the galley as a health inspection looms, alcohol supplies dwindle to worryingly low levels, and Timothy's linguistic skills are tested to the limit. As the Royal Princess continues its busy summer season cruising around the Mediterranean, Europe is sweltering in the record high temperatures of heatwave Lucifer. As passengers try to cool themselves in the pool, the galley comes under very demanding scrutiny.

Episode 3
As Royal Princess continues its busy summer season in the Mediterranean, the ship has just left Livorno in Tuscany. Breakfast is barely over and Executive Chef David is already facing his first crisis of the day. There's a serious shortage of orange juice and he's going to have to come up with a solution - fast. Meanwhile, the ship welcomes a group of blind and partially sighted passengers. Although everyone is on a cruise, these passengers' guide dogs must still take part in a safety drill.

Episode 4
In the fourth episode, the Royal Princess is full to capacity in the beautiful Aegean port of Santorini. As the housekeeping team undertake the daily bed change in thousands of cabins, hotel general manager Craig gets an unwelcome call - the ship's laundry is having a meltdown.A breakdown in the huge washing machine which normally processes tens of thousands of items a day has already produced a mountainous backlog of dirty washing and Craig needs to find a solution quickly.Above decks it's all change in the entertainment department with a new cruise director, 29-year-old Tobi. Stepping up from deputy for the first time, Tobi is now the boss of a dozen theatrical shows, 21 musicians and the team of four assistants who organise the hundreds of activities on the ship. He must prove he's up to the job.

Episode 5
In the fifth episode, it's turnaround day and Royal Princess is docked in Europe's busiest cruise terminal, Barcelona. Along with four thousand new passengers, the crew must load 120 tonnes of food and drink aboard for the next week-long cruise around the Med. Executive chef David discovers he has far too much of one ingredient and needs to get very creative with his menus to use it all up before it spoils. It's tomatoes for breakfast, lunch and supper until they have made inroads into their red mountain.

Episode 6
In the sixth and final episode, as the Mediterranean summer season draws to a close, the crew face one final big challenge - two weddings in one day. With a UK wedding now averaging £34,000, couples are opting to tie the knot on board the ship, where packages can be a fraction of the cost.

Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.

The Chicken Sisters
The Chicken Sisters is a family drama dipped in southern charm and served up with a saucy side of romance. The setting is the fictional town of Merinac, where a generations-old rift between dueling fried chicken restaurants – Mimi's and Frannie's – has left the founders' families fractured and the locals taking sides. When popular cooking competition show Kitchen Clash comes to town, this could be the recipe for ending this feud once and for all.
