Cause and Effect

Out of Control
Michael stuns customers in a holistic store by treating them to kale cannolis that are too good to be true and showing one customer the mighty mouse effects of muscle supplements. Then in a garden center, Michael bewilders green thumb enthusiasts with nature's matches and seeds that instantly sprout. Later, while working in a toy store, Michael shocks his coworker by bringing a large teddy bear to life.

This is Not an Orange

Just During the Previews
Michael puts gravity to the test when he floats the idea of astronaut snacks by a customer in an Army Navy store and bedazzles a costume shop patron with self-adhering crystals. And later, his pop-in-the-dark popcorn is too newfangled for one movie goer. Plus, Michael astonishes an antique store employee with glass figurines that feel emotion and repair themselves.

In Case What?!
Michael stumps a delivery man when he pulls live crabs out of his Chinese food order and leaves a mother and daughter questioning everything they know when he uses a spinning bowl to extract peanuts from candy. Plus, Michael's child delivery service puts one man in an ethical dilemma.

A Faux Pas to Wear
In each episode of The Carbonaro Effect, Michael Carbonaro - a magician by trade but a trickster at heart - amazes and amuses ordinary unsuspecting people in various locations and situations. Posing as an ordinary bartender or a seemingly unremarkable salesman, Michael astonishes unknowing citizens by turning a tuft of hair into a puppy or pouring 12 pints of beer from an ordinary bottle. Whether they are alone or with their friends, everyone is left stunned and delighted, even though they have no idea what just hit them.
