The Agency: Unfiltered - Season 1

Kirsten and Amy set up Scotland's largest influencer agency just over two years ago. They have grown quickly and are now on the precipice of the next big step in their careers and their lives. They are organising a huge event in Glasgow city centre that is designed to bring together the agency's clients and influencers in a celebration of all things beauty and fashion. However, with the clients who are sponsoring the event paying them a fee to attend the event, it is imperative that the agency sell all of the 1,000 tickets available for the event.

The agency has also just taken on Abbie and Molly, who are two of the biggest influencers in Scotland. Having the two girls on their books is a big move for the agency, who want to double their current turnover of £500,000 in the next year. To celebrate the signing, they organise a trip to a lodge in Aberfeldy.

Kirsten also has a big event coming up in her personal life, with a baby on the way. The impact that her maternity leave may have on the business is a worry, and they realize that they are going to need to promote one of their staff to the role of Kirsten's maternity cover.

One of the agency's longest-standing influencers, Abigail, is currently living in Falkirk, but she really wants to move to Glasgow to be closer to the agency and fellow influencer colleagues. Abigail is trying to persuade her boyfriend to move with her, and so they head off to check out a flat in trendy Finnieston. Abigail hopes that looking at this flat will help to convince Taylor to move.

The day of their big event is drawing closer but the agency still haven't been able to sell all the tickets to the event. The pressure is on to sell all of the 1000 tickets so that the sponsors and clients that are paying to be at the event won't be disappointed. Kirsten and Amy begin to worry that this event will do more harm than good to their reputation if the event doesn't sell out. It might look like they can't throw a good event, or fill the room with paying guests. Now in full panic mode Kirsten and Amy pull out all the stops to get as many people to the event as possible. They create a press release, invite all the influencers they can think of and put on a pay day discount deal.
While preparing for the big event, Kirsten and influencer Abbie go to get their eyebrows done. Just as the event needs to look perfect, they need to look perfect too. While getting their beauty treatments the girls chat about the upcoming event. Kirsten and Amy have asked Abbie to announce that she is launching her own clothing label at the event but Abbie has started to feel really nervous about doing the announcement. She is worried that it will fall flat and no one will be bothered about her announcement, which makes her not want to announce it, especially on stage in front of hundreds of people. Kirsten reveals to Abbie that they're still worried about ticket sales and the pressure that they're under. Abbie tells Kirsten to ask all the influencers to talk about the event on their stories and to encourage their followers to buy tickets. Kirsten sends out a text to all the influencers and hopes that they do as she has asked.

Back at the agency office Amy and Kirsten need to talk to Jess and Charlotte about the competition for the role of Kirsten's maternity cover. Now that the big event is done they can fully concentrate on figuring out which of them is going to get this promotion. Kirsten and Amy give Jess and Charlotte an event each which they will be organizing on their own so that Kirsten and Amy can assess who is the better candidate for the job.
They also let them know that along with getting the promotion, the winner will also be going on the influencer trip to Ibiza. Jess and Charlotte are both keen to impress and are excited to be organizing an event on their own. This is their opportunity to show what they can do.

After losing their biggest sponsor for their huge influencer trip to Ibiza Amy and Hannah have been desperately trying to secure another sponsor so that they can realize the trip of their dreams. Fortunately, they manage to get a fourth sponsor in the form of a Scottish clothing brand. They are so relieved to have the sponsorship money for the trip back up to the levels that they wanted and they are now organizing personalized suitcases for all the influencers going on the trip filled with goodies from all the brands that are sponsoring the trip.
With the Ibiza trip confirmed, Amy is able to reveal which clients will be going and has a meeting with influencer Abigail.
After Charlotte's event last week it's now Jess' turn to put on her event. She has spent the week sending out invites to the influencers to get them excited and posting about the event before it happens and now the night of the event is here. Jess and Anya get the venue ready and do everything they can to pull it all together in time. With the event in full swing Amy and Kirsten assess how they think Jess has gotten on.

After months of challenges and tests for Jess and Charlotte to see who is better suited to taking on the role of Kirsten's maternity cover, at a day out at the races the winner is finally revealed. In an emotional scene Kirsten and Amy explain how difficult it was the make the decision and then reveal who the winner is.
After doing a shout out for normal girls to come and model for her fashion label, the day of influencer Abbie's shoot is here. Abbie was so pleased with the response she got from her call out and is thrilled to be seeing real women modeling her clothing range.
Amy and the influencers head off to Ibiza while Kirsten and her fiancé Adam travel to Perth where Kirsten will be giving birth to her baby. On arrival in Ibiza Amy welcomes all the influencers and talks them through the plan for the week.

The Ibiza trip is in full swing with Amy organizing events every day of the trip to promote one of their sponsors. The trip has been completely funded by the sponsors so it's important to the agency that the influencers do a good job of promoting the products so all the sponsors are happy.
While everyone is sitting round the pool Amy gets the news that Kirsten has gone into labour. Amy is so upset because she wanted to be there for Kirsten when the baby came so that she could meet the baby the day she was born and be there for Kirsten in the hospital. Amy is so sad to be so far away and feels so guilty that she can't be there for her friend.
In Perth, Kirsten is in labour and is struggling with the pain, but her fiancé Adam and her sister Lauren are there to help her through each stage.
While they wait for news, Amy and the influencers must continue on and get the content that the sponsors have paid for. They are getting content for one of the brands while they get ready for a night out and everyone is trying to keep their mind off worrying about Kirsten.
In Perth, Kirsten has been in labour for twelve hours and has just reached the stage where she's able to start pushing. But as the baby is born, midwife Lauren can see that the baby's cord is wrapped tightly round her neck twice. Lauren knows that babies can die because of the cord being wrapped so tightly round their neck so they have to act immediately.
Back in Ibiza Amy gets the news that the baby has been born but that the birth was traumatic. Amy has a tense wait to hear whether Kirsten and the baby are ok which is finally confirmed by text. At last they can celebrate the arrival of Kirsten's baby.
