In Georgia, Judge Scott McAfee rejected Trump's argument that the attempts to overturn the 2020 election were protected under the First Amendment. Plus, "No Labels" abandons its plans to field a third-party candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election. The group had been pursuing a "unity ticket," featuring centrist candidates who could serve as alternatives to voters unsatisfied with Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
