Former Secretary of State Dr. Jürgen Dillinger wanted to go jogging when he was shot, probably by a professional. Dillinger had recently testified in the investigative committee investigating a construction scandal in the Stuttgart 21 area, and so Thorsten Lannert and Sebastian Bootz focused their attention on the protagonists in the "Gleisdreieck" real estate deal.
