The murder of businessman Arno Berger puzzles Commissioner Thiel. Because the fingerprints secured at the scene of the crime come from top politician Rüdiger Klarbach, although that can't really be the case: the former State Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Affairs died in a house fire in South Africa a year and a half ago. Prof. Boerne personally issued the death certificate at the time. Did he make a major malpractice?
