In continuation from the previous episode, Bee Li is shocked to see Jun Kai at the hospital. Emotional fallout as Jun Kai reveals that he was back some time ago but chose to stay with the Tongs. Bee Li issues Jun Kai an ultimatum; be committed to the family and the business or stay away from the Lims. Having witnessed Meera's brain fog and irritability during the preparation of Deepavali, Bhaskar suspects Meera is going through menopause. Kalila moves in with Wafiq and things get off the wrong foot when the colours and decoration of her bedroom is not to her liking. While Michael, pressured to do well in his ‘A' Levels, turns to some ‘extra help' to keep himself going.

The show's formula adheres to a classic cinéma vérité ethos. With no narration or scripted dialog, it depends entirely on the commentary of the officers and on the actions of the people with whom they come into contact.
Rick and Morty
Rick is a mentally gifted, but sociopathic and alcoholic scientist and a grandfather to Morty; an awkward, impressionable, and somewhat spineless teenage boy. Rick moves into the family home of Morty, where he immediately becomes a bad influence.
