The two try to build on happier days, but then they reckoned without their son. The pressure on Miriam is increasing - Doris confronts her with the inconsistencies in the Paulitz case, and Joachim is also harassing her. Even the unauthorized investigation picks up steam again, cornering Miriam. She has to make a decision.
