São Dimas welcomes new residents and Theo tries to prove himself at any cost. When she returns to surgery, Mancini keeps a secret that could ruin her. Ícaro catches her attention and she discovers that he is also hiding something.

O lugar perfeito
RC kidnaps Ícaro and Mancini and makes a dangerous proposal. Ícaro despairs, but this could be his chance to solve his problems. He and Anna get closer. Mancini discovers that Romanelli is more cunning than he thought.

A coisa agora vai ficar profissional
RC starts to professionalize the clinic. In pain, Mancini seeks out the psychiatrist. She and Augusto disagree. Ícaro discovers a patient's diagnosis, but finds himself at risk at the Morgue. He discovers more about Mancini's past and what he's getting himself into.

Clube dos imperfeitos
Mancini doesn't admit to the Psychiatrist that the event that took her away from the hospital shook her. Maya is affected by a case. Romanelli talks to Augusto during the inauguration of the luxury suite: Mancini could be a problem for them. Ícaro's dreams hang by a hair's breadth.

Aqui é tudo mais simples
It's the residents' first evaluation and Ícaro needs to do well. Promoted by RC, Fino is happy. Fed up with the hospital's politics, Mancini faces a dangerous but revealing situation. Theo suspects that Ícaro is hiding something.

Theo looks for Romanelli. Mancini is more reckless than ever. Ícaro can't stand the situation he's living in anymore and ends up confronting RC's wrath. To complete his hell, Edmundo arrives at São Dimas with Dalva feeling unwell.

RC wants to expand the business and Ícaro can't accept Mancini's choice. Augusto is at an impasse. On the verge of a nervous breakdown, Theo confronts Ícaro. Mancini discovers Romanelli's secrets.

Theo tries to pull himself together and Anna asks Ícaro for explanations. Mancini tells RC that he will do what she wants, on one condition. But RC has one condition too. Romanelli reviews his plans. Ícaro finds himself hopeful for a new beginning, but things are not that simple.
