In Almería, mother and son Sharon and Shaun Garner help restaurateurs Alison and Steve relocate from the Costa del Sol. With a maximum budget of 130,000 euros the heat is on to find the perfect place for the couple and their precious pooches. Meanwhile, Shaun asks husband Salva and niece and nephew Luca and Alicia to help surprise Steve and Sharon on their ruby wedding anniversary. In Alicante, sisters Sophie and Charlotte are with Ken and Christine from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, who want a holiday home to enjoy in their imminent retirement. With a budget of 100,000 euros, outdoor space for their grandkids is their top priority.
