Luis advises his cousin Andrés to take a chance with María, she is a good girl and is in love with him, and what's more, his thing with Begoña is impossible... but Andrés refutes him, continuing with María would be leading her to unhappiness. Luis has an interview with Floralia, the competition, if he is chosen he will have to go to Santander, and he talks to Luz about going with him. Marta sends Fina to the store's warehouse after seeing that she has shortened her uniform skirt. Fina believes that her anger is due to her taste in women. Fina reaffirms herself, she is determined to be who she is and not take a step back from her tastes. Isidro suffers from dizziness, but he does not want to tell her daughter so as not to worry her. Marta agrees to let Blanca work in the factory's cleaning department. Blanca and Luz talk about her past: if she had not saved her life years ago, she would not be there. Complicity between the two friends, they agree that they should tell that they met at the hospital as a doctor and nurse.
