Welcome to STRONG / Balls to the Wall
In this special 2-hour series premiere, ten of the most elite trainers in America are paired with ten women looking to transform their bodies and lives.
After a week of training and conditioning, two teams compete at the four-story Elimination Tower obstacle course; the eliminated contestant displays an incredible transformation.
In the Medallion Challenge, the teams compete for $25,000 and safety from the Elimination Tower; tempers flare as one contestant learns how the others feel about him; one team is eliminated.

Friends and Frenemies
Upper body strength is put to the test in a grueling competition; the women compete in the first trainee-only Power Challenge.

Don't Give Up the Fight
As the seven remaining teams compete in a grueling Medallion Challenge, one team is in danger of going back to the Elimination Tower; the men face their second Power Challenge.

Power Play
The pairs compete in a Medallion Challenge that tests upper-body strength and communication skills. Later, the ladies face off in an All-Women's Power Challenge; and two rival teams fight for their chance to stay in the game at the Elimination Tower.

Second Chances
All of the eliminated players return and compete for the opportunity to re-enter the game and form a new team. Later, old conflicts are rekindled; one player's injury forces him to leave the competition; and two teams face off in the Elimination Tower.

Pay the Piper
The five remaining teams compete for a spot in the final four; one pair's relationship strengthens; and a trainee becomes overwhelmed with pressure. Later, two teams fight to stay in the competition at the Elimination Tower.

Four the Win
The winning team returns from the Elimination Tower and takes their place in the final four. At the Ultimate Challenge, the teams are put to the test as they fight for a spot in the top three. Teams reveal to each other why they are fighting, which makes everybody even more hungry to win it all.

Close Enough to Grab
The final three teams are set but one of them has to deal with an injury that may stand in their way of getting to the final showdown. The last Ultimate Challenge tests the teams' will as they all try to fight for an automatic berth in the finals. Two teams attempt to conquer the tower and claim their place in the Strong Championship.

The Final Showdown
The two remaining teams will be pushed to their absolute limits in three punishing legs of the Strong finals. Every ounce of mental fortitude and acquired strength are on display as they fight tooth and nail for the right to take home their prize money and be crowned the winner of "Strong." Gabrielle Reece hosts the series, which is executive produced by Sylvester Stallone, Dave Broome, Kevin King Templeton and Holly Wofford

As members of the group rise and fall, they must decide whether life is about more than the bottom line.
