It's the final day and Steph and Dom Parker hand back control to the owners as they relaunch their hotel. But what have they learned from the week? And can they get that elusive five star rating from their guests? And to make matters worse one of the guests is an undercover hotel inspector. In a last ditch effort, they renovate the front of the building, offer their guests a Yorkshire tapas and take their guests on a tour of Bridlington. But will this be enough to get them the coveted five stars?
