Episode 1
Helped by team coaches including Amir Khan, schools from Sheffield, Manchester and Nottingham battle it out in adrenalin-fuelled races, on land and water, for the chance to win the Sport Relief does We Are the Champions trophy.

Episode 2
In the second heat, Paddy McGuinness tries to keep control as three more schools compete in games from Pairs of Pants and Ballistic (on land) to Disc-Go and Splashdown (on water). Gymnast Beth Tweddle is amongst the team coaches cheering them on.

Episode 3
It is the turn of schools from Bradford, Stockport and Sheffield to bounce, climb, slip, slide and splash their way through games on land and water in a bid to win the Sport Relief does We Are The Champions trophy. Team coaches include sprinter John Regis, Paralympian swimmer Heather Frederiksen and triple jumper Ashia Hansen, MBE.

Episode 4
It is the last chance for teams to force their way onto the leaderboard and into Friday's grand final and a tracksuited Paddy McGuinness- assisted by team coaches Tim Henman, Danny Crates and Dalton Grant- is ever present with his rule book and whistle.

Episode 5
Comedian Paddy McGuinness dons his tracksuit to host the final of the Sport Relief special with team coaches Dame Kelly Holmes, Mark Foster and Darren Campbell.
In just five action-packed, scintillating games on land and on water, one of three teams will triumph for their schools. But which team will it be? This is tense... This is the Sport Relief does We Are The Champions Final.
