At madlavning er en smagssag, kommer næppe bag på nogen. Det gør derimod styrken i nogle af de utallige medbragte og forholdsvis ukendte chilifrugter, som brødrene Price tester i dagens program. Dermed bliver der også god grund til at teste hinanden i det lille tv-køkken på prærien: for hvilken cowboy-kok vinder duellen om at kunne klare den stærkeste mundfuld? Der kommer sved på panden i uklædelige mængder, når Adam og James guider seerne gennem en række stærke og ultrastærke klassikere fra både Frankrig, Italien, USA og Indien. Undervejs er der dog også lige tid til at slå et smut omkring DR-Byen og hjælpe en kollega fra vejrudsigten med at få varmen.
