Brødrene Adam og James Price giver sig i kast med en menu, der vil få enhver helse-freak til at løbe skrigende bort med høje knæløft. Alle retter i dagens program tilberedes nemlig i kogende olie. James får lejlighed til at brillere med sin friteuse, et apparat med mange knapper og lys (som lillebror Adam ikke har magen til), og der fritteres på både spansk, japansk og italiensk. Farmand John Price hjælper via sin deltagelse i Lørdagshjørnet anno 1977 sønnerne frem til familieklassikeren Bouef sauté Stroganoff.
