Fuera del Imperio
Year 1618. The rumors of the bastard son of King Philip III are back again. The English and the Spanish start a race to find him. Diego and Agustín escape from southern Chile seeking to reach the East. Diego learns a truth that will change his life forever.

El Periplo
Diego makes new friends in Cartagena while investigating Agustín whereabouts. Cartagena is besieged by pirates under the command of Francis. Meanwhile in Spain, the Duke of Lerma pulls an ace from his sleeve and he is willing to use it.

Encuentros
While Salas is determined to find the Governor, Francis puts Agustín to the test, who must face the consequences of his actions. Diego realizes that pirates are willing to transgress any limit just to achieve their purposes. The Duke of Lerma and Queen Margarita fight for Felipe's attention.

Turbaco
Diego and Salas set out for Turbaco, but soon the difficulties force them to make a change of plans. The pirates want to hear the truth from Zaita at any cost and Agustín challenges the authority of Francis.

Revelado
Diego is determined to rescue Zaita. Salas finds the long sought treasure and demonstrates his power to the governor. Agustín makes Francis lose his patience, who proves her hand doesn't shake when it's time to exercise her command.

Agustín gets confronted by Diego. Salas fights to get Cartagena back but suffers a betrayal firsthand. Francis offers Diego all guarantees but Zaita and his friends alert him of her real intentions.
