The same singers are coveted by rival groups and some groups take on too many new singers during audition week in the series premiere of this reality show spotlighting the competitive world of collegiate a cappella singing groups.

Midwest Quarter Finals
A team is put in jeopardy by its soloist; campus rivals engage in a riff-off inspired by "Pitch Perfect"; a singer tries to heal the discord between his group and their opponents.

Northeast Quarterfinals
Illnesses and wardrobe issues plague one group; a new music director buckles as the pressure mounts; a burgeoning romance causes disharmony on a team; a soloist tries to overcome her stage fright.

South Quarterfinals
A music director makes a risky move; one group strain to create a captivating set; a team seek help with their choreography from a former member; a tough audience greet performers at a fund-raiser.

Midwest Semifinals
A soloist struggles with a high note; a music director makes a song change late in the game; two singers begin to have doubts about the tattoos they got; a dating policy causes problems.

Northeast Semifinals
A set change is made last minute, leading some singers to panic; a soloist has trouble memorizing the words to a song; a team president gets a bad case of stage fright.

South Semifinals
A music director is obstinate about keeping a set as is after a second-place finish, and he forces his team to practice making seductive facial expressions instead of singing and dancing.

Wildcard; Finals
In the first-season finale, the groups submit videos in hopes of securing the wild-card spot in the finals.
