CORE agent Vickey Barron's worldly clients, Nava and her husband, have moved overseas and want to sell their two-bedroom apartment as soon as possible. Vickey has to convince her clients that a big event focusing on her client's love of international culture and art "a documentary film fundraiser" will attract potential buyers and brokers and create buzz while doing something great for the community. The Kleiers are approached by top PR agent Alison Brod to find a high-end, short-term rental for a documentary filmmaker with particular taste. He wants to live in a luxury apartment for the duration of shooting his film, but, all he can offer in exchange for a swanky pad is exposure in the film itself.

CORE agent Lisa Graham has a new penthouse sponsor unit at 211 Madison Avenue that has not been upgraded since it was built in the 1980s and was on the market with another agency for months. A health and wellness enthusiast, Lisa enlists the help from Ann Gallops, a Feng Shui stager to revitalize this stale listing and host an event on creating a healthy home. Halstead agent Ivana Tagliamonte's neighbor Mylah and Dr. Michael Wayne live in a 2 bedroom with 3 kids and 3 pit bulls. Though they love their apartment, a condo in a former birthing hospital in the east village and the neighborhood, they ask Ivana to help them find a bigger property.

Charles Homet will network with New York's party elite to throw a spectacular party at his townhouse listing. His challenge will be attracting young and wealthy buyers while promising his overbearing owner there will be no damage to his $11.5M home. The Kleiers have received two listings from the same eager seller in the same building, one a triplex, the other a duplex, and while the units are not currently combined, they could be. The Kleiers are tasked with selling both of the units, either as a package deal or individually.

Gumley Haft Kleier's Isabel Solmonson is combing the city to find her friend Christine a two-bedroom home while pleasing her out-of-town parents who are footing the bill. The junior broker is faced with a looming deadline and after a past deal fell through, she fears her clients are on the brink of losing confidence in her. Elliman's Ann Cutbill Lenane has received a call from a man named Dror Nakash. He's currently renovating his two-family townhouse and isn't sure about how to price his listing, or if he's making the correct renovation decisions. Ann advises that he could potentially fetch a better price if he converts the unit to a one-family dwelling.

Gwen Schultz is selling the apartment of her boyfriend Freeman, a widower, but because the apartment is full of family photos and needs a freshening up, the listing has become stale. Gwen is uncomfortable telling Freeman to remove his late wife's photos and belongings in order to allow buyers to visualize living there. Boutique agency owner Doug Heddings has been asked to help his dear friends, Felicia and Jeff Walker find a new home in the West Village. In this sought after neighborhood, finding a suitable apartment for their family within their budget has proven rather difficult. Doug's challenge will be to convince them that if this neighborhood is a key factor in their search, then they'll need to raise their budget.

CORE's Vickey Barron has clients who are 7 months pregnant and are literally busting out of their apartment! She needs to help Anna and Phillip Kim find a bigger apartment before Anna gives birth. Once Vickey is able to find them a property, the Kims want to place their current apartment on the market. Recently, Sabrina helped a young couple from Canada invest in their first one bedroom apartment in NYC. After a quick gut renovation, the couple is now ready to recoup on their investment and make their next NYC purchase, but they are firm on their high asking price. Sabrina decides to organize a brokers' caravan to expose the property to the right clientele and get industry feedback on the price point.

Jason Haber will have a Rat Pack themed launch and use a home's rich history to sell his client Penny's $9M apartment that once belonged to Frank Sinatra. The challenge will be creating enough buzz to get buyers through the door and over the fact that the location isn't ideal. The celebrity photographer, Patrick McMullan enlists the Kleiers to help him find a suitable investment property in Brooklyn, where he grew up. The challenge the Kleiers are facing is that they are not as familiar with Brooklyn as they are with Manhattan. Knowing this, they call upon a colleague who is a well-known developer in Brooklyn to assist them with their search.

Nancy Cohen has hired ask Ann Lenane to sell her UWS co-op so she and her husband can embark on the next chapter of their lives and live full-time in the country. The broker will spruce-up the tired home and seek the help of the super, along with Nancy's neighbors, to improve their shared hallway's curb appeal.

Adrian Noriega will scour the city to find his wealthy out-of-town client her dream downtown pied-a-terre. His challenge will be finding a quality space in a location where good properties don't stay on the market long. He also has to preview homes with her son, whose taste and opinion could get in the way of him making a deal. Randy is a wine expert and real estate developer. He has asked Deb to sell his $2.7M triplex in a building with really high maintenance fees. Deborah convinces her client to price the property aggressively and contribute to the maintenance fee, but she knows it's not enough to get the place sold.

Andrea and Javier have sold their current place without even listing! Now they want to downsize without losing any of the beauty and integrity of their current dream home, but they only have 2 weeks to do it! Adam Moskowitz is a friend of Sabrina Kleier. He wants to sell his Williamsburg apartment for a tidy profit. Young GHK agent Isabel is seen as the best fit to take on this listing, with her vast social circle of young, creative types who gravitate to this hip area.

Melissa Meyers and her family have relocated to California for her teenaged daughter's acting career, and they're trying to sell their place on the UES. The empty apartment has already been on the market for six months with another agent, and Melissa won't budge on the price. Dan and Kim Kelleher cannot understand why their apartment isn't selling. They insist it's a hidden gem in Manhattan and they need Doug Heddings to help them get that across to a buyer as soon as possible because their family is rapidly outgrowing the place. But Doug's having a hard time getting potential buyers to overlook a $4k monthly maintenance fee.

Deborah Lupard and Charles Homet are challenged to sell their clients' apartments in the Brooklyn area known as DUMBO.

A TV sports producer who's looking to sell her Manhattan condo and buy a lake house in Connecticut can't move forward until her agents, Linette Semino and Susan Silverman, sells her $2M Chelsea home. To realize their client's dreams, the agents have face-to-face meetings with top brokers to hard-sell the merits of the property and invite colleagues to an open house. With Suzanne's help, they recruit some well-known sportscasters, enticing curiosity seekers into the space. After living in the same building as Michele Kleier for years, Michele's neighbor enlists her to help sell her apartment so she and her family can have a fresh start. She's looking for a change and wants either a townhouse or a modern condo, ideally with more space. Michele quickly realizes that her biggest challenge will be her client's indecisive nature.
