The first episode of Seirm-Celtic Connections is presented by Mary Ann Kennedy. Filmed in a new home, the atmospheric Arches, before an audience at the Celtic Connections music festival in January 2020, this eclectic show features lively performances from the best of the festival. Appearing in this first episode are Irish music stars Dervish; acclaimed musicians Julie Fowlis, Zoë Conway, Éamon Doorley and John McIntyre; Béla Fleck agus Abigail Washburn - a duo with jazz, classical and trad music leanings; and the renowned The Poozies.
