In store this morning is the first heat in this year's Search for a Superstar talent competition. After months of auditions, the first four of the final 24 selected acts perform for you. Which one will get your all-important vote to see them through to the semi-finals? It's up to you, and as always, it's your vote that counts! There'll be lots of laughs when top comedy team Little and Large call in. Tony Hart is in too, with Dial a Drawing. Call him with your requests for a picture.
In the music department are rock group Terraplane with their latest single. Phillip Hodson looks at some more of your problems in his Growing Pains feature. This week he tackles weight problems.
