Saturday Night Live - Season 46

Chris Rock hosts the 46th season premiere of Saturday Night Live on October 3, 2020, with musical guest Megan Thee Stallion. The former cast member hosts for the third time previously hosting in 1996 and 2014. Megan makes her first-ever solo appearance.

Bill Burr will make his "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut on Oct. 10. The stand-up comedian and actor hosts the "Monday Morning Podcast."

Musical guest Jack White makes his third solo appearance and fourth overall. "The White Stripes Greatest Hits," a collection from his former band, will be released December 4, 2020.

Issa Rae will host for the first time on October 17. Rae is the creator, star, and executive producer of the award-winning HBO comedy series "Insecure."

Justin Bieber will make his fourth appearance as "SNL" musical guest. Bieber's latest track, "Holy," featuring Chance the Rapper, reached #1 on the Spotify Global Chart and was streamed over 120 million times in its debut week.

Grammy and Academy Award winner Adele will make her "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut on Oct. 24. She has previously performed twice as musical guest, with her first appearance falling 12 years ago on the eve of the 2008 presidential election.

H.E.R. will make her musical guest debut. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter has accumulated over 7.5 billion streams worldwide to date.

John Mulaney will host "Saturday Night Live" for the fourth time on Oct. 31. Mulaney will star in two upcoming "Sack Lunch Bunch" specials on Comedy Central.

The Strokes will make their fourth appearance as musical guest. Their latest album, "The New Abnormal," reached #1 on Billboard's Top Rock Albums and Alternative Albums charts.

Dave Chappelle will host "SNL" for the second time, having received an Emmy Award for his first hosting appearance following the 2016 presidential election. His most recent stand-up special, "Dave Chappelle: Sticks & Stones," received three Emmys.

Foo Fighters will perform as musical guest for the eighth time. The band is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their self-titled debut album.

Jason Bateman will host "Saturday Night Live" for the second time on December 5. The Emmy Award-winning director, producer, and star of "Ozark" currently co-hosts the new podcast "SmartLess."

Morgan Wallen will perform as musical guest for the first time. His highly anticipated new album "Dangerous: The Double Album" is due out January 8, 2021.

Timothée Chalamet will make his "SNL" hosting debut on December 12. The Academy Award-nominated actor next stars in Wes Anderson's "The French Dispatch" and Denis Villeneuve's "Dune."

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform as musical guest for the third time. Springsteen made Billboard chart history with his newest release, "Letter To You," as the first artist to have a Top 5 album in each of the last six decades. 

Kristen Wiig will make her fourth appearance as host on December 19. She is the seventh former cast member to host the Christmas show. Wiig stars in "Wonder Woman 1984," in theaters and streaming on HBO Max December 25, 2020.

Dua Lipa will perform for the second time as "SNL" musical guest. On November 24, 2020, she received six Grammy Award nominations, including Album of the Year, for her newest release, "Future Nostalgia."

John Krasinski hosts "Saturday Night Live" for the first time tonight. Krasinski recently hosted the digital series "Some Good News" and directed the highly anticipated film "A Quiet Place Part II."

Machine Gun Kelly makes his first appearance as musical guest. His newest album, "Tickets to My Downfall," debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and Top Rock Albums charts.

Dan Levy makes his "SNL" hosting debut on Feb. 6. He is the co-creator and co-star of "Schitt's Creek," winner of a record-breaking nine Emmy Awards for its final season, including four for Levy.

Phoebe Bridgers performs as musical guest for the first time. The acclaimed singer-songwriter is currently nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist.

Regina King hosts "SNL" for the first time on Feb. 13. The Oscar, Golden Globe, and Emmy Award winner makes her feature film directorial debut with "One Night in Miami," currently in theaters and on Amazon Prime Video.

Nathaniel Rateliff makes his debut as musical guest. His latest single, "Redemption," written for the film "Palmer," comes on the heels of his celebrated 2020 solo album, "And It's Still Alright."

Regé-Jean Page will make his "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut on Feb. 20. Page stars in Netflix's global hit series "Bridgerton," for which he is currently nominated for a SAG Award and NAACP Image Award.

Bad Bunny will perform as musical guest for the first time. His latest album, "El Ultimo Tour del Mundo," debuted #1 on the Billboard 200 chart, and he is currently nominated for two Grammy Awards.

Nick Jonas will pull double duty when he takes the stage for his "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut and second solo musical guest appearance on Feb. 27.

Jonas will perform his newly announced single, "Spaceman," due out Feb 25. "Spaceman" arrives as Jonas returns as a coach on NBC's "The Voice," which premieres March 1, and also appears in the upcoming Lionsgate film "Chaos Walking," arriving March 5. 

Maya Rudolph will host "Saturday Night Live" for the second time on March 27. Rudolph, an "SNL" cast member between 2000-07, is a two-time Emmy Award winner for her work on Netflix's "Big Mouth" and for her performance as Vice President Kamala Harris on "SNL."

Jack Harlow will perform for the first time as "SNL" musical guest. Harlow recently received a Grammy Award nomination for his 4x-Platinum hit single "WHATS POPPIN" off his debut studio album, "Thats What They All Say." 

Daniel Kaluuya will make his "SNL" hosting debut on April 3. Kaluuya stars in the Oscar-nominated "Judas and the Black Messiah," currently out in theaters, for which he received Academy Award, BAFTA, and SAG Award nominations and won a Golden Globe Award.

St. Vincent will make her second appearance as "SNL" musical guest. The Grammy Award-winning artist's highly anticipated new album, "Daddy's Home," will be released May 14.

Carey Mulligan will host "SNL" for the first time on April 10. Mulligan has received Academy Award, Golden Globe, and SAG Award nominations for her work in the Oscar-nominated "Promising Young Woman," available now on-demand.  

Kid Cudi will make his "SNL" musical guest debut. His newest studio album, "Man on the Moon III: The Chosen," marked the Grammy Award winner's fifth Top 10 album on the Billboard 200 chart.

Elon Musk makes his "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut on May 8. Musk is the CEO and Technoking of Tesla and the Chief Engineer of SpaceX, which launched the second operational flight of its Dragon spacecraft to the International Space Station on April 23. 

Miley Cyrus will make her sixth appearance as "SNL" musical guest. Her most recent studio album, "Plastic Hearts," has garnered over 1 billion streams to date on Spotify.

Keegan-Michael Key will host "Saturday Night Live" for the first time on May 15. The Emmy Award winner next stars in "Schmigadoon!," premiering globally July 16 on Apple TV+.

Olivia Rodrigo will make her "SNL" musical guest debut. Her debut album, "SOUR," featuring the record-breaking global hit single "drivers license," is due out May 21.

Anya Taylor-Joy will make her "SNL" hosting debut for the season finale on May 22. Taylor-Joy stars in Netflix's global hit series "The Queen's Gambit," for which she won a SAG Award, Golden Globe Award and Critics Choice Award.

Lil Nas X will make his first appearance as "SNL" musical guest. The Grammy Award-winning artist's latest single, "MONTERO (Call Me by Your Name)," debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
