Courage
The celebrity recruits must use courage whilst facing a terrifying balancing act, 30m above ground. Back at base, they face claustrophobia by negotiating a narrow underground tunnel.

Control
The celebrity recruits are submerged in a vehicle underwater, forcing them to control their panic while holding their breath. They also undertake a covert drill, to test their integrity.

Aggression
The celebrity recruits face a frightening casualty mission, plunging down a rope from a helicopter hovering above water, to learn how to turn their aggression on and off.

Leadership
Recruits must identify the weakest amongst the group. These individuals are then tasked with leading teams through a gruelling physical and mental task.

Mindset
Recruits undergo a critical test of mental strength, in a kill or be killed scenario; a brutally cold ice drill stops some dead in their tracks; and a new duty recruit takes charge as others unravel.

Fear
Recruits face a terrifying test of fear down a steep 90m cliff face and a daunting mission in a pitch black tunnel. As Bra Boy Koby Abberton comes clean, another recruit is brought back to earth.

Confidence
Recruits dig deep for a confronting backwards fall; an arduous physical test sees someone play dirty; their most shameful secrets are revealed.

Oppo
The ultimate test in trust goes horribly wrong and a torturous casualty evacuation takes a devastating toll.

Grit
Recruits play dirty when pitted against each other in a do-or-die test of true grit, and an excruciating 5km log haul through rugged terrain sees them dropping like flies.

Pressure
Recruits are put under extreme pressure in a high speed, high intensity tactical driving mission, plus an unexpected ambush and an explosive dressing down.

Drive
Recruits are pushed beyond their physical limits on a merciless assault course, while a grim test of the heart leads to an outpouring of emotion.

Determination
The toughest test of their lives comes to a heart-stopping conclusion. Only five recruits remain – who has done enough to pass SAS selection?

Debrief
The eighteen celebrity recruits return to base camp for the final time to debrief with the DS and share their life-changing experiences on SAS selection.
