Warren calls the cosmetics company to learn more about it, and they admit that there were chemicals in the creme. Cruz, Kelly and the children prepare for C.C.'s birthday. Sophia arrives at the party, but her presence makes Santana irritated. She doesn't know if she'll carry C.C.'s child or have an abortion. She is surprised to see C.C.'s comment on her dilemma.
