Episode 1
From a brand new home, Rip Off Britain HQ in Salford, Angela Rippon, Gloria Hunniford and Julia Somerville are joined by Britain's best consumer experts to help solve the problems you send in every day. In this edition, we reveal customer service failures at one of the country's biggest energy firms, including the case of one woman whose account went from being £200 in credit to £6,000 in debt within days. We ask the new boss whether customer service is going to get better. Plus more frustration for customers of Britain's most complained about pay TV provider, and how one woman ended up with a £5,000 bill for a car accident that wasn't her fault – all because she unwittingly dialled the wrong number.

In this edition, there's trouble at one of Britain's biggest housing associations. We meet tenants living with damp, mould and a rat infestation. Gloria is joined in HQ by housing campaigner and tenant Kwajo Tweneboa, and she challenges one of the firm's bosses to commit to improving conditions.
Also, the postcode lottery of recycling bin collections, which means you may not be able to recycle things that friends and family living in other councils might. And in our advice clinic, solicitor Ayesha Nayyar helps one man tackle the parking fine scam designed to scare you into paying up.

Episode 3
The latest series of Rip Off Britain continues, with consumer champions Julia Somerville, Gloria Hunniford and Angela Rippon taking up the cases for viewers who called for help when things seemed stacked against them. In this edition, the online shopping customers who ordered one thing but got something else altogether and were refused a refund.
We also look at the people caught out by clauses in company T&Cs, which they say were too hard to find. We reveal the holiday firm whose T&Cs are nearly three times longer than a competitor – and we challenge those with some of the wordiest contracts to trim them down. And in our advice clinic, tech expert David McClelland has invaluable tips for tackling the scourge of spam emails.

In this edition, we meet one woman whose credit rating was ruined after scammers took out multiple mobile phone contracts in her name, but she only found out when she tried to apply for a mortgage. We reveal how it could have happened and what you need to do to keep your identity safe. Plus, the scammers hijacking social media profiles to impersonate small businesses and con their customers – leaving the business owner to pick up the pieces. And the car cannibals whose sights could be set on individual parts of your car. We've got the latest on measures to stop them, and advice to help you keep your car safe.

Gloria Hunniford, Julia Somerville and Angela Rippon investigate more of the stories you send in to our HQ every week. In today's edition, the case of a family whose once-loved home is now a wrecked shell after an insurance claim made six years ago went disastrously wrong.
Also, in 2018, the then local government minister, Rishi Sunak, came on our programme to promise a new set of rules to keep private parking companies in check. While he's come a long way since then, the new rules appear to have stalled – we're asking why. And we help two mums and their 26-strong party of karate enthusiasts get a refund out of the airline that seems to be refusing their rights.

Gloria Hunniford, Julia Somerville and Angela Rippon investigate more of your stories, including the shocking case of a man whose phone was stolen right out of his hands and discovered that his bank accounts had been drained via his online banking apps. Why did his bank refuse to reimburse him?
Also, the people hoodwinked by a company claiming it was making legitimate tax rebate claims on their behalf – but the taxman disagreed, and wanted it all back. And the advice clinic takes on holiday refunds and investigates the problems faced by consumers who do not use the internet.

Tech expert David McClelland reveals how your social media could be an open door to let scammers get to your money – and how you can shut them out.

The advice clinic is also on duty, tackling more of your consumer conundrums.

Legal expert Gary Rycroft helps one man who is struggling to deal with his paperwork and bills after a life-changing accident.
