Plus, a man turning the tables on both the fraudsters and the banks by helping people regain the stolen money they feared had gone for good. And, after calls for the banks to take more responsibility when customers are caught out by an all-too-plausible scam, the team looks at the new rules it is hoped could lead to a different approach.
