Episode 1
Rylan Clark-Neal unveils a brand new Ready Steady Cook kitchen and introduces us to two new chefs, Anna Haugh and Mike Reid. They are joined in the kitchen by today's contestants, Gemma and Brian from Falkirk. Brian does all the cooking at home and describes Gemma as a terrible cook. As they battle it out in the Green Pepper and Red Tomato kitchens, can our chefs teach this couple a few new tricks and help Gemma expand her repertoire from beans on toast with cheese on top?

Episode 2
Cooking in the Ready Steady Cook kitchen are best friends Gemma and Lianne. This is a dream come true for the childhood pals, who used to watch the show after school. The hours spent coming up with bag contents back then come in handy today as they try to come up with some real treats on a budget of £10. Helping them cook up a storm are Greek kitchen wizard Akis Petretzikis and our dynamic Dubliner, Anna Haugh. Competition will be tough, and with Rylan on hand to throw a spanner in the works with his 10-minute Challenge wild cards, this is the kitchen where anything can happen.

Episode 3
Competitive cousins Joe and Alex are taking to the kitchen today. Both have experienced sight loss problems. Joe managed to undergo surgery that put a halt to his sight degeneration, but sadly Alex lost his vision completely. They both love to cook, and Alex has had to adjust to cooking without his sight using some nifty kitchen gadgets which he shows to Rylan. His amazing guide dog River watches on from the audience. Paired with two amazing chefs - cool, calm and collected Mike Reid and spice queen Romy Gill - things are sure to heat up in the kitchen today.

Episode 4
It's a family affair on Ready Steady Cook today as mother and daughter duo Azra and Hannah do battle in the kitchen. Paired with our Liverpudlian livewire chef Ellis Barrie and the always energetic Akis Petretzikis, the kitchen soon livens up. It's a fast and furious cook with family bragging rights at stake. Thankfully Rylan keeps his eyebrows when a blowtorch goes wild. He also receives the title celeriac master, despite accidentally adding way too much salt to the dish.

Episode 5
Today's contestants are nana Jean and her granddaughter Sinead. Sinead's love of cooking dates from when Jean taught her as a little girl, but as she's travelled around the world, her tastes have become more adventurous. Cooking against the clock, they are paired up with chefs Anna Haugh and Mike Reid and produce dishes from around the world on a budget of £5, from squid tempura to pad thai and Korean chicken wings. But how will they cope when the 10-minute challenge throws up cornflakes and ginger nut biscuits! Will they make a meal of it?

Episode 6
Rylan Clark-Neal welcomes uber-competitive friends, former scout leaders Anne and Jenny. Both keen caravaners, they still meet up regularly despite living in different towns now. On their caravan trips they each fill their caravan fridges with vital supplies - one full of food, the other full of liquid refreshment - but today they are competing against each other. Anne is in the green pepper kitchen with queen of spice Romy Gill, while Jenny is in the red tomato kitchen with Greek food god Akis Petretzikis. As usual, the 10-minute challenge really puts our chefs to the test, with random ingredient combinations to navigate, including leftover Yorkshire pudding!

Episode 7
Cooking in the kitchen today are partners Adele and Mark. Mark has lost over seven stone in weight, so has a new diet and a new interest in healthy cooking. Having previously lived on ready meals, Adele only began cooking from scratch recently so she could help Mark with his weight loss. With just a limited range of dishes Adele is keen to expand her knowledge. Today she is learning some healthy tips and tricks with chef extraordinaire Anna Haugh. With Mark in the red kitchen is flamboyant Greek chef Akis Petretzikis, who puts Mark through his paces as they whip up lots of Mediterranean-inspired delights including a 10-minute pizza dough.

Episode 8
On today's show are friends Ola and Rhesa from Leicester. Set a budget of just £3.50, they make some nifty ingredient choices to stay on budget, which our chefs are tasked with turning into healthy, delicious dishes. Rhesa is in the red tomato kitchen cooking with vegan ingredients alongside Indian chef Romy Gill. With a few spices from Rylan's pantry, Romy soon creates some inspirational dishes packed full of flavour. Meanwhile, in the green pepper kitchen, Irish wonder-chef Anna Haugh is cooking with Ola who, unlike Rhesa, isn't vegan. She also has a thing for white chocolate and has also brought in plantain, which reminds her of her Nigerian heritage.

Episode 9
It's a family affair on Ready Steady Cook today as mother and daughter duo Audrey and Candice battle it out in the kitchen. Paired with chefs Ellis Barrie and Mike Reid, the mother-daughter pair are soon put to work in their respective kitchens. It's a fast and furious cook with both mum and daughter keen to come out victorious, but it's all very much in the balance when the 20-minute cook is over and the ten-minute challenge ingredients are revealed. With both teams tackling three completely random ingredients, how will our chefs come up with something edible in just ten minutes?

Episode 10
Today's contestants are loved-up bride- and groom-to-be Daniella and Ross. Paired up with chef Ellis Barrie, Daniella is keen to rustle up some mouthwatering pasta dishes inspired by her Italian heritage. In the green pepper kitchen, Ross is paired with Akis Petretzikis. With a reputation for making his contestants get stuck in, Akis is soon celebrating Ross's first ever attempt at a bechamel sauce. It's a steep learning curve, with both Daniella and Ross learning a host of new cooking skills to take into married life.

Episode 11
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Ellis Barrie and Anna Haugh team up with a father and his daughter who run a vineyard.

Episode 12
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Akis Petretzikis and Romy Gill cook up delicious meals in minutes with two competitive siblings from Liverpool.

Episode 13
Married couple Michelle and Kate from Cambridgeshire both follow a vegan diet, so today's ingredients include everything from vegan staples to much more exotic produce. Both women have different reasons for following a vegan diet, which they share with Rylan. Chefs Romy Gill and Mike Reid rustle up a plethora of inspiring vegan dishes from curries to pasta and even a chocolate cake baked in the microwave.

Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Mike Reid and Akis Petretzikis try to help student Maddie prove to her dad that she can be trusted to cook at home.

Episode 15
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Anna Haugh and Ellis Barrie rustle up some fish dishes with two colleagues from a charity that supports fishing communities.

Episode 16
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Anna Haugh and Romy Gill team up with siblings Chris and Sam. Sam has ulcerative colitis and is looking for tasty dishes that fit her dietary restrictions.

Episode 17
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Ellis Barrie and Mike Reid team up with Ivor and his boss Polly. Who will win the office bragging rights?

Episode 18
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Ellis Barrie and Romy Gill team up with mum Pat and son Tommy. Pat has traditional tastes, whereas Tommy's ingredients are based on his travels around the world.

Episode 19
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Mike Reid and Akis Petretzikis team up with couple Nicole and Lewis. Nicole doesn't cook at all, so Lewis is hoping their contest will inspire her.

Episode 20
Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Ellis Barrie and Romy Gill team up with competitive Wolverhampton siblings Sommer and Daryl.
