Episode 8

On today's show are friends Ola and Rhesa from Leicester. Set a budget of just £3.50, they make some nifty ingredient choices to stay on budget, which our chefs are tasked with turning into healthy, delicious dishes. Rhesa is in the red tomato kitchen cooking with vegan ingredients alongside Indian chef Romy Gill. With a few spices from Rylan's pantry, Romy soon creates some inspirational dishes packed full of flavour. Meanwhile, in the green pepper kitchen, Irish wonder-chef Anna Haugh is cooking with Ola who, unlike Rhesa, isn't vegan. She also has a thing for white chocolate and has also brought in plantain, which reminds her of her Nigerian heritage.
