Chef Jet Tila leads a culinary tour across China as he makes two popular dishes from two different regions. First up, he prepares Dim Sum Sew Mai Dumplings in a steamer for an authentic restaurant experience. Then, Jet whips up some Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles packed with umami ingredients to make these noodles irresistible.

The northern region of Thailand is home to some of Chef Jet Tila's favorite hearty and savory dishes. He starts things off with a creamy Chicken Khao Soi, a curry noodle dish that he grew up making with his family.
