Care assistant, Abdul Raguragui's 18-year-old son, Azzam, was stabbed to death in Dundrum, Dublin, during Ramadan, in 2019. Now, sustained by his Muslim faith, Abdul is scaling Ireland's mountains to raise awareness of the impact of knife crime, having already succeeded in securing changes to sentencing for knife-related crime.

London-born, but now living in Wexford with her husband and three young children, Dr Mehvish Khan candidly shares the depth of her Muslim faith.

Episode 3
Psychologist Fued Usman Dio works with adults with autism and ADHD. Fued highlights how young people, especially young Muslim men, can get the best out of Ramadan.

Fahmeda Naheed Usman is an award-winning human rights activist, a radio presenter on Cork City community radio and a tutor of Fusion Cooking for Cork City Partnership.
