In this episode, the first VIP guests are due to check in and top chef Dino and his team have a big event planned - a traditional Burns night supper for 200 guests.

Episode 2
Valentine's Day sees two big events happening on board - a lavish brunch for 450 people in the main dining room, followed by a romantic opera gala dinner out on deck. With guests paying top dollar for both, expectations are huge. However, a late delivery threatens to derail the brunch preparations and - adding to the presage of doom - a storm spotted on the horizon seems set to put the kibosh on the open-air element of the gathering.

Episode 3
The ship's most important restaurant undergoes a significant renovation. However, time is short to update the venue to suit the needs of modern visitors and chef Dino and his team are on their eighth tasting for the new menu - which still has not satisfied the owners. Issues arise with custom-made furniture for the ship's biggest suites, and the arrival of the replacement pieces disrupts a promotional photo shoot.
