Edith & Fred

Since their last real estate deal fell through, Edith and Fred have been living with their son, and it's high time to move on. The couple has big dreams for their next home, and they're determined to find a resort-style oasis where they can live large and entertain family and friends in style. Drew and Jonathan promise to set them up with an irresistible staycation party home, but the only way to satisfy the couple's over-the-top wish list on their limited budget is to renovate a fixer-upper. Drew makes things tricky by giving the couple two potentially perfect homes to choose from. And once they've sealed the deal on a huge property, it's up to Jonathan to transform the tired pool and pool house into the ultimate palm-tree lined resort complete with a home theater and games room.
