They're on the hunt for a turnkey property that's closer to friends and work, but they've got to spruce up their 200-year-old farmhouse before they can move on.

A couple has outgrown their bachelor pad and is desperate for more space. Thanks to a generous gift from Grandma, the couple is prepared to undertake an ambitious overhaul. Jonathan steps in to raise the fixer-upper's roof and highlight the home's charming Southern appeal. Meanwhile, Drew is determined to stretch their budget as far as he can as he searches for the perfect home closer to the city.
